🚩 Decision governance for autonomous AI agents is complex.
It is not just old school DMN or universal orchestration!
It requires deep understanding of context, decisions, actions, and agents.
All of them together to ensure autonomous agents make the right decisions, take the right actions, within the right context, while remaining governed, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Because autonomy without decision governance is just uncontrolled execution.
💣 You need to know:
• What context the agent is operating in
• What decision it is trying to make
• What actions it is allowed to take
• Which agent is responsible
• What constraints and policies apply
• What happened and why
Governance cannot sit outside the agent.
It must be part of how decisions and actions are designed, executed, and controlled.
